Nathan Swenson-Reinhold, DMIN, MCC, ACTC

LEADERSHIP COACH, FACILITATOR, & ORGANIZATIONAL STRATEGIST

Nathan is driven by a ravenous curiosity about people with a passion to help them midwife their dreams in their lives and work. He has led from the lead seat in three separate organizations over 17 years and knows what it means to shoulder the weight of organizational change, transformation, and mission. He has excelled in the areas of organizational culture change, leadership development, and organizational impact.

With a doctorate in leadership and cultural architecture from George Fox University, he is a Master Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation and is a certified DISC behavioral consultant.

Through Summit Coaching and Behavioral Consulting, Nathan does facilitation, training, and coaching, and through GSB Fundraising (gsbfundraising.com) he works with non-profits on strategic planning, non-profit development processes, annual appeals, and capital campaigns. Both allow for full expression of Nathan's passion for the development and empowerment of human beings and communities.

Most importantly, he is a husband to Erin, and father to Sam, Ephraim, and Emma. In his downtime he enjoys yard work and gardening, detailing the family cars, weightlifting, reading Sci-Fi novels, photography, fly-fishing, and long conversations on back porches over good red wine or bourbon!

Jason O'Neill, PCC

COACH, TRAINER, GUIDE, & ORGANIZATIONAL SUPPORT

Jason is passionate about coaching and supporting the empowerment of others. They have been coaching formally since 2012 and have logged over 1,800 coaching hours (and counting) just since 2019. The tagline for their coaching practice is “Journeying with You: Life, End of Life, and Everything Between.” They also have over 25 years of experience in the areas of operations, communication, event planning, and transitions.

Jason has an active PCC (Professional Certified Coach) accreditation with the International Coaching Federation (ICF), as well as a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Texas A&M University, which informs their coaching. They are also a Certified Grief Coach and a Certified End of Life Coach through Coaching at End of Life, a trained Team Coach through Summit Coaching and Behavioral Consulting, as well as a Coach Trainer and Mentor Coach (ICF) for ELCA Coaching.

Jason is living into their calling as they skillfully balance three part-time roles: Guide, Trainer, and Coach for Summit Coaching and Behavioral Consulting; Operations Manager, Mentor Coach, and Coach Trainer for ELCA Coaching; and Faculty for Coaching at End of Life. Along with their personal coaching practice, these positions allow for the fullest expression of Jason’s desire to support a variety of individuals and organizations working toward a better world for all.

Erin Swenson-Reinhold, DMin, LCSW, ACC

For over 25 years, Erin has been holding sacred space for self-discovery, healing, and transformation. As a licensed clinical social worker, therapist, coach, and ordained pastor, she brings a unique blend of clinical expertise, spiritual insight, and intuitive guidance to every session.

Known for her gifts of discernment and deep presence, Erin serves as a compassionate travel partner in the journey called life—helping individuals seek clarity, uncover purpose, and take courageous next steps. Whether working as a coach or in therapeutic and spiritual roles, she gently empowers others to grow in awareness, resilience, and hope.

Along with a master’s in social work from the University of Kansas and a Doctor of Ministry in leadership and spiritual formation from George Fox University, she is an Accredited Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation and a licensed clinical social worker. Erin is also certified with the iEQ9 Enneagram Assessment for use with individuals and teams. Erin is a devoted wife and mother, grounding her work in the lived experience of connection and love. Her approach is warm, honest, and deeply attuned to each person’s unique path.
